Mangal Barbecue

Different heats to make meat on open fire and coal, perhaps the earliest culinary invention of mankind. Over time, they have undergone minor changes, only materials for manufacture have been improved and more design options have emerged. It's a kind of heat like a mangall has become an intrinsic habit of rest on nature, taking a place in our cars, backpacks and hand. More recently, Western entertainment, a barbecue of Central America.

Mangal came to us from the Caucasus. The word " mangall " in translation means " coal basket " . There are many varieties of mangala, but the essence of the production process is the same: small pieces of pre-marine meat are reduced to metal bars, shampoos, and rotate high above coal at high temperature. So the meat is covered quickly by a crust, and a large distance from the coals allows it to feed inside.

This type of heat like a grill has a more complex structure, usually with a barrel, and a big rotary that can make a whole bird. Frequently, the grill is equipped with a lid that allows the cloaking, digging or stiffing of the dish. Usually the day grill is a monumental fixed structure.

Mangales

The simplest mangale is a conventional rectangular box of leaf metal on the legs, where the coal falls on the bottom. However, human mind has come up with many useful and beautiful improvements for this design.

Mangala is divided into fixed and portable. The material may be stone, brick, metal. There are also gas and electrical manhales, but this is a variant for an apartment in winter rather than for summer. 'Cause the boiled meat must be smoked!

Portable manga It's good that it's easy to gather and deal with, it's not heavy, compact, easily placed in the trunk of the car. Less is petty and not long enough. Normally, portable manhals are made out of leaf steel. A balance between the thickness of the steel and the weight of the building should be observed in the choice or construction: too thin sheets may be deformed, too fat reduced the mobility of the structure.

Mobile manga - usually from a thin sheet metal, not necessarily scattered. It's built in a wheel-wheeled cart, and it could be fitted with a split table. The excavated decoration of the dacha will be rigged designs that can be removed after preparation to the basement, while protecting against corrosion and dirt.
