In the upper part of the lamb niche, a patch is built in which fish, cold or hot meat are hung on the hooks. The regime depends on the intensity of the burning of wood in the niche. For convenience, the copycat is equipped with a glass door through which it is easy to store the products in the chamber and to monitor their production.

In the upper part of the barrel chamber above the stove, a ventilation hole is provided, which is closed by the motion.
